Leaders, professionals, service users and the Government are all convinced by the benefits of integrated working and real progress is beginning to show.
The potential for partnerships and joint working within the NHS and across organisations and local authorities has yet to be fully exploited. As the health reforms are implemented, this strand will look at key topics that will impact on delivering the aspirations of joint commissioning, engaging patients and communities, social care, health and wellbeing boards, shared decision making and information.
